If coming from Chu Van An (heading down from Dinh Bo Linh), turn left at Street No. 4. The outdoor, un W-covered parking lot is very spacious. I am parking a 7-seater car, priced at 600K/month (+ 100K/month if parking a motorbike there).
• Ward 27: Thanh Giang Beach, next to Cu Chinh Lan Secondary School in the Thanh Da Resettlement Area.
• Parking lot near Gia Dinh Children's Hospital and Oncology Hospital. Right on Nguyen Huy Luong street, about 200m from the back gate of Oncology Hospital's Facility 2. About 300m from the intersection of No Trang Long. The lot is unnamed but very spacious. It's not covered but has shade from trees.
• Across from Dat Phuong Nam Apartment Building (243 Chu Van An Street, Ward 12) right at the foot of Chu Van An bridge, outdoor parking, affordable price, residents in the Bui Dinh Tuy, Chu Van An, Dinh Bo Linh area can park here.
• Motorcycle and car parking available daily and monthly. Both locations have indoor parking with security guards and are open 24/7, so you can pick up your vehicle at your convenience:
• Parking lot at 23/1 Dinh Tien Hoang Street, Ward 3, Binh Thanh District. At the foot of Bong Bridge (car parking only)

• Ward 1: Satra Eximland Apartment Building, 161-163 Phan Dang Luu Street
• Ward 3: Located at the end of Phan Xich Long street, on the small street (near Van Kiep street). It's both a car wash and a parking lot.
• Ward 4:
  • Thích Quảng Đức Street, in Ward 4, Phú Nhuận District, near Hoa Viên BÍCH CÂU wedding banquet restaurant, at the intersection with Nguyễn Kiệm, there is the NK family restaurant… In the backyard of the restaurant, there are 4 parking spaces left under a canopy, a spacious yard for easy entry and exit.
  • Covered parking lot in Phu Nhuan Residential Area on Nguyen Kiem street (near Gia Dinh Park): cement floor, corrugated iron roof, brick walls around, good security, parking lot opening/closing hours from 5 AM to 11 PM. Keep your keys. Currently, there are 4 available spots for cars up to 7 seats. Price is 800k/month for cars under 7 seats.   • Ward 4: 89 Nguyen Dinh Chieu, Phu Nhuan District, near Gia Dinh Power Company: 24/7 security parking: 1 million VND/month, paid monthly, spacious workshop, motorcycle parking available for 120k VND/month.
• Ward 5
  • 94 Phan Đăng Lưu (24/7 parking lot). 50 meters from the Thích Quảng Đức intersection. It’s on the right-hand side when traveling from Bà Chiểu toward the Phú Nhuận intersection. At the entrance to the alley is a shop called “Nui Lua Condoms” or something like that… The parking lot is spacious and can accommodate about 60 cars and several dozen motorcycles. About 40% of the parking lot is covered; the rest is exposed to the sun. They offer both daily and monthly parking—for monthly parking, you leave your keys with them. The price is 1.3–1.5 million VND per month for cars with fewer than 9 seats—depending on the spot you choose to park.
  • Nguyen Van Dau street is opposite the 40 hotel at the beginning of the road.
• Ward 7: 87A Tran Ke Xuong, Ward 7, Phu Nhuan District. 50 meters from the Nguyen Van Dau intersection. It’s on the left-hand side when traveling from Ba Chieu toward the Phu Nhuan intersection. Outdoor monthly parking lot 100%. Open from 5 a.m. to 11 p.m. There is a large open area in front for parking, and a small soccer field in the back. The rate is 1 million VND per month, and it’s often full because many residents in the area drive cars these days.
• Ward 11: Nguyen Dinh Chinh (next to Ward 11, Phu Nhuan District, there is a parking lot for 40-50 vehicles), it has a roof but the price is a bit steep. Monthly parking for vehicles under 9 seats is 1.8 million VND (24/24).
• Diamond Place Wedding Restaurant at 15A Ho Van Hue, Ward 9, Phu Nhuan District: drive directly into the gate, and someone will guide you in. The parking lot is located on the side behind the restaurant.
• Park at the Blue fashion store opposite, 20k per time, can fit about 5 cars at once.
• Large parking lot near Gia Dinh Park and CoopMart: it's a road through the park starting from the intersection of Nguyen Kiem right next to CoopMart and Head Honda, that road ends at Hoang Minh Giam (picture on page 12 of this thread).
• Near Gia Dinh Park: Alley 553 Nguyen Kiem, about halfway down the alley, on the right side when entering from Nguyen Kiem: Covered day and night parking lot.
• 261 Nguyen Van Troi Street, Ward 11: monthly and 24/7 parking available
• Near Bo Gia cafe on Nguyen Van Troi street and the Tran Huy Lieu intersection, there's a new, very large parking lot.
• 24/7 parking is available at the foot of Cong Ly bridge, near the intersection of Nguyen Van Troi and Huynh Van Banh.
• At the foot of Cong Ly bridge, behind Ngoc Suong restaurant, there is a monthly parking lot open 24/24.
• In the BV An Sinh campus, overnight stays for visitors are very convenient.

• Ward 2: Parking to enter the examination at the Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital of University of Medicine and Pharmacy on Hoang Van Thu street: cafe in the 7th Military Region Stadium, opposite the gas station at the corner of NVT - HVT, 20k/time.
• Ward 3: Unique Building, 91B2 Pham Van Hai, Ward 3, Tan Binh District, opposite Pham Van Hai market, indoor parking, 1000k/month. Very spacious.
• Ward 4:
  • Near the airport, right at the gate of the Republic, C59 is located inside the Huong Sen Wedding Restaurant.
  • Ly Tu Trong Technical College – 390 Hoang Van Thu Street: 4 --> 24 spots/1 million vehicles, outside in the shade of trees.
  • Parking on Nguyen Thai Binh street, next to Loc An restaurant (52 Nguyen Thai Binh), there is a lane leading to a military area, and they accept parking.
  • Super Bowl Tan Binh (A43 Truong Son): 20k for the whole day, security guard checks both ends. For overnight or monthly parking, contact the security guard. Parking here does not allow covering the vehicle.
• Ward 7: Parking lot number 3, 3 Phu Hoa, Tan Binh District, opposite Tan Binh Market. 1.2 million VND/month, key included.
• Ward 8: Area of Post Office 2, Ly Thuong Kiet with Dang Trinh parking lot opposite gas station number 8 (gas station address: 79 Ly Thuong Kiet, Ward 8, Tan Binh District): Renting 7c = 800k/month, service is acceptable. This lot is new, has few cars, but is spacious.
• Ward 9

Tan Quy Ward 

• Cau Xeo Street, about 700-800 meters past the intersection of TSN and Go Dau, has a parking lot there. 
• When you get to Tan Ky Tan Quy, about 100 meters on the right, there's a covered parking lot inside a building.
