On August 8, 2024, HR Asia Magazine announced the list of 130 businesses in Vietnam that excellently received the HR Asia – Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2024 award.
“Best Companies To Work For in Asia” is an annual award organized by HR Asia Magazine across 16 Asian countries, aiming to honor businesses with outstanding human resources policies along with the best corporate culture and working environment in the region. In the Vietnam market this year, HR Asia surveyed more than 53,250 employees from over 700 enterprises to select 130 companies across various fields.
With the theme “The Definitive Z Choice – Entering a New Era with Generation Z,” this year’s awards highlight the importance of Generation Z—a dynamic, innovative, and creative workforce that currently accounts for approximately 25% of the nation’s labor force. These companies have not only demonstrated outstanding achievements in recruiting and retaining young talent but have also fostered a corporate culture that values diversity, collaboration, and continuous innovation, serving as role models for other businesses in the industry.
This year, the HRAA awards feature three special categories. Among them, Sustainable Workplace is a new category, demonstrating companies' commitment to balancing business operations with environmental responsibility. In addition, HR Asia's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion category honors organizations that have made significant progress in creating a diverse and inclusive work environment. Furthermore, the Most Caring category recognizes organizations that have shown exceptional care for their employees, particularly during difficult times.
