Chứng chỉ LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) là bộ tiêu chuẩn quan trọng trong xây dựng và thiết kế kiến trúc, do Hội đồng công trình Xanh Hoa Kỳ (USGBC) phát triển từ năm 1995, nhằm ghi nhận những công trình tiết kiệm năng lượng và bảo vệ môi trường trên toàn thế giới.

Để đạt tiêu chuẩn LEED cấp độ Vàng, các công trình phải đáp ứng được 9 tiêu chí của USGBC, từ khâu thiết kế, xây dựng tòa nhà, nội thất tới vận hành. Theo đó, tòa nhà Trụ sở Techcombank đã được USGBC đánh giá ở thang 60-79 điểm, đạt tiêu chuẩn Vàng.

LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) là hệ thống tiêu chuẩn quốc tế về kiến trúc xanh, được phát triển bởi Hội đồng Công trình Xanh Hoa Kỳ (USGBC) từ năm 1993. LEED đánh giá và chứng nhận các công trình dựa trên hiệu quả sử dụng năng lượng, nước, vật liệu, môi trường trong nhà và thiết kế sáng tạo.
